Communicable disease services / clinics are available to anyone regardless of color, race, creed, or ability to pay. There is a small fee for most services, but no one will ever be refused.

The epidemiologist coordinates surveillance activities on notifiable diseases and conditions. This person is also the coordinator of outbreak investigations.

In addition, summary analysis, reports, and state reporting of notifiable diseases are coordinated through this department.
